Shipping

We recognize that shipping is prohibitively expensive these days, and on top of that, honey makes for a very heavy package to ship! We are working on getting our shipping options through postal worked out, and will continue to work on streamlining this side of THBC by sourcing different options with cost and reliability in mind. We also currently offer hand delivery ourselves to your door, and if you fall within our delivery radius this will be an option at check out. You may be eligible for free delivery depending on your location and order amount!

Thurston Honey Bee Co. is only made up of the two of us, so we can't get your order out in an Amazon Prime fashion, but rest assured that we will work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. 

If you have any issues during checkout due to shipping to your address please reach out and give us details of your order and we can see if a delivery is an option or we can arrange separate shipping at an extra cost through the carrier of your choice.

We appreciate your patience with our delivery timelines. Depending on your location we hope to have your order to you in 2-3 weeks. Cost of delivery and shipping will vary based on location and size of your order. Like conventional shipping methods, if we are hand delivering your package and you aren't home, we will make an effort to leave your package in a discrete and protected location. Please try your best to be home when you receive your out for delivery email notice. Unfortunately, THBC cannot responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do not provide a pick up location at this time, but feel free to contact us to see if we can arrange a meet up or alternative delivery method.
