In our back field of the farm, Dan's Dad planted some Buckwheat for our bees! This limited honey makes an extra special gift for anyone that loves strong flavours. An extremely dark honey, buckwheat is strong with malty flavours, reminiscent of molasses; we call it the Guinness of honeys!

A truly unique honey that we feel very grateful to have been able to harvest!
