Local Ontario Honey - Creamed

Our creamed wildflower honey is the same golden goodness you know but with a spin...literally! Creamed honey is mixed and stirred to form a more solid yet smooth, creamy, and spreadable texture with the same great taste and benefits.

Creamed honey does not contain dairy or cream and simply refers to the honey's smooth and creamy consistency. 

Creamed honey can separate slightly over time, but a quick stir when this occurs will ensure that creamy texture throughout.

From the countrysides of Guelph and The Kawarthas our local Ontario honey is harvested annually as a wildflower medley and not at all processed. 

By not pasteurizing our honey we have preserved the honey's natural health benefits and highlight the subtle flavours of the various flora the bees visit throughout the summer months. You'll experience the sweet and minty tasting notes of the summer honey flow complimented by the rich and caramel flavours of the autumn honey season.
