Local Ontario Honey - Liquid

Liquid is the typically runny honey that you know and love. Great for drizzling!

From the countrysides of Guelph and The Kawarthas our local Ontario honey is harvested annually as a wildflower medley and not at all processed. 

By not pasteurizing our honey we have preserved the honey's natural health benefits and highlight the subtle flavours of the various flora the bees visit throughout the summer months. You'll experience the sweet and minty tasting notes of the summer honey flow complimented by the rich and caramel flavours of the autumn honey season.

Unpasteurized liquid honey naturally crystallizes over time which can be reversed by gently heating the jar of honey. This can be achieved by pouring hot water into a pot or bowl and placing the jar of honey into the water. We like to cover ours up with a tea towel to trap in the warmth and keep the honey cozy. Monitor the consistency of the honey and repeat until desired liquidity has been reached. Note: Do not place jar on the stovetop
